Rosmini College celebrated its varied musical talent at their annual showcase concert
On Thursday 24 July, Rosmini College's music department hosted a lively concert, highlighting the school's diverse musical abilities.
The evening featured a wide array of performances from over 100 students, including Rosmini Orchestra, Carmini Choir, Junior Jazz Band, HQJ Trio (who had won the Starlight Talent Show last Saturday), Junior Choir, Jazz Combo, Junior Ensemble, 8LEN Music Class, The Chefs Rock Band, Rosmini Chamber Choir and the Rosmini Big Band, alongside a solo act by Karl Castro.
The varied program impressed the packed auditorium with its showcase of skill, enthusiasm, and unique compositions, making for a truly memorable evening. Particular highlights were the James Bond theme song medley by the orchestra, and the youngest students performing "Shades".
A special thank you is extended to all participating students and staff, with particular recognition for Mrs. Vanessa Kay, Head of Music, whose dedication and effort were instrumental in organizing this successful event.
