Enrolment Closing Date
Due to roll pressure, enrolments for all year levels will close as above. Families who submit applications after this date will have their enrolment considered only in Term 4, if places become available.
A waitlist will be created for late applications and placement will depend on space availability. We encourage all families to submit enrolment forms before the closing dates.
Year 7 Enrolments
Parents wishing to apply for a place in Year 7 should apply by 12 June.
At Year 7, preferential enrolment is given to Catholic pupils wishing to enter the school from the five contributing Catholic Primary Schools on the North Shore.

Parents whose sons are not attending the contributing schools are invited to enrol online also. Applications are due by 3 July.
Any places remaining in Year 7 after we have accepted boys from the contributing schools are allocated according to our Enrolment Policy. Enrolment is confirmed by email.
Year 8 - 13 Enrolments
Parents wishing to apply for places in Years 8 - 13 should apply by 7 August.
Only a limited number of places are available in any year and parents may not be informed until November whether their application has been successful.
All applications should be made in the year preceding attendance as the College does not carry a waiting list.
Important Note for Year 9 enrolments
We have seen an increase in Year 9 applications over the past two years. It is important to bear in mind that entry level into Rosmini is at Year 7 and not Year 9. There are very limited spaces available in Year 9 for 2027.
Open Day
All new prospective Year 7 to 13 applicants should attend this day with their parents. Due to time pressures, we host only one such day. There is no need to register. Further detailed information regarding this day will be send out closer to the time.
Preference of Enrolment
To be granted preference of enrolment, the application together with all the required documentation (as set out on the school website) must be accompanied by a Preference Certificate signed by your Catholic Parish Priest.
If you select 5.4 under Criteria for Preference of Enrolment then the Supporting Evidence form has to be signed and completed. For further information regarding this please read the Process document.
Applications for preference under the 5.4 Criterion (Significant Familial Adult Involvement) are referred to a central committee at the Diocese for approval.
