Rosmini College PTFA

The Rosmini Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) are a group of parents who meet on a regular basis to discuss and plan various activities, like our annual community event and Golf Day. Through these annual fundraisers, we can provide some of the “extras” that will enhance our boys experience at Rosmini College.

The PTFA also aims to promote community spirit amongst the school staff, BOT and parents.

If you have boys who have been at the school for some time or are new to the school, it’s a great way to become a part of the school community, meeting new parents and teachers - we’d love to see you there!

Our PTFA Annual Events

  • Father and Son Breakfast for Year 7
  • Quiz / Bingo Night - community event
  • Golf Day
  • Mother and Son Afternoon Tea for Year 13
  • Second-hand uniforms - available via the online Kindo Shop. Working together with Kindo, Rosmini College PTFA offers you the opportunity to purchase second-hand uniform items and support this ongoing fundraiser. All you need is to create a mykindo account. Sales are open in the first two weeks of every term and processed at the end of week three, for students to collect when notified.
Donations of current school uniforms, in good condition, are welcomed. Please drop them into the school office in the last week of each term. Any questions please email secondhanduniforms@rosmini.school.nz

To contact anyone within the PTFA please email: [email protected]

PFTA at the 2022 Sports Awards

The PFTA was proud to donate funds to enable the 2022 Sports Awards to take place in October after a two-year hiatus. The PFTA has made many significant donations to various sporting codes this year and we are delighted to see the benefit to students continuing to succeed on a domestic and international arena.

Thank you to the parents and businesses who continue to support our fundraising efforts. We had the pleasure to help get the school auditorium ‘awards ready’ with decorations kindly lent to us from Markovina Estate. It was an enjoyable night to be a part of as we ran the bar and were there to celebrate the event with the athletes and their families.

If you would like to be a part of  any events, we are always happy to welcome new parents along. Either email us on [email protected] or come to our next meeting, on 7 November at Fantail & Turtle in The Glasshouse.

Our next events are the Mother & Son afternoon tea for all school leavers on Monday 31 October and the annual Golf Day on 1 December. Any help is greatly appreciated, even if you can only spare an hour or two
