Year 8 Camp 2024
Camp was again held at the Y Shakespear Lodge, at the beautiful Shakespear Regional Park, Army Bay in Whangaparaoa.
Seven Year 8 class in three separate camps enjoyed three days and two nights at camp. That’s a total of 160 boys, with nine teachers and 16 parents.
The boys tramped, swam, made rafts, tried coasteering, learnt about shooting and orienteering, challenged themselves with the climbing wall and kayaking. The boys shared cabins, played night games under the stars and ate a lot of food. It was non-stop outdoor activities and fun.
Thank you to our Year 8 Rosmini community for supporting camp, with a special thank you to the mums and dads for giving up their time to attend camp and supporting the boys.
