Rosmini students win national engineering competition

Rosmini students win national engineering competition

During the term 3 school holidays, Niko Snell, Rayen Lee and Sam Boyle attended Grapple 2022, a national engineering competition in Christchurch. This competition lasted one week and there were 19 competitors present from all over New Zealand.

Competitors were tasked to find a solution to the rising issue of flooding. These three Rosmini students won the competition with an innovative drone that delivered welfare packages while simultaneously collecting invaluable data to assist civil defence. Amazing achievement boys!
