School Term Dates 2023

Term 1: Tuesday 31 January – Thursday 6 April

Term 2: Monday 24 April – Friday 30 June

Term 3: Monday 17 July – Friday 22 September

Term 4: Monday 9 October – Friday 8 December

For new parents – your KAMAR portal login will be emailed to you in the first week of Term 1. Access the portal via the black bar on the Rosmini website homepage.


The link for the purchase of stationery directly from OfficeMax is here. All year level general stationery lists are available to view via the link. All orders are paid direct to Office Max and delivered directly to you. You can purchase online or print your stationery list and visit an OfficeMax store, or you can shop elsewhere with a hardcopy list.  You can also print a WINZ quote from the site, if applicable. 
Rosmini College is not involved in this process at any point. You are dealing directly with OfficeMax for the whole process. 

Years 7 & 8

Please select all options on the stationery list as every subject is compulsory.

Years 9 & 10

Please ensure that you purchase stationery for all compulsory subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Religious Education. Your son should also have chosen 3 option subjects. Stationery requirements for these subjects need to be included in your Office Max order and will be listed on the Office Max website. If you need to clarify your son’s option choices, you can view these by logging into your KAMAR Portal. To view his timetable, select Attendance from the menu. 

Years 11-13

Some stationery items are only available through school. These are items that OfficeMax cannot provide such as online learning license fees, graphics packs and other specific subject related workbooks. These charges will not be loaded to your account until after all option choices are confirmed in the 2023 timetable – early in Term 1. You will be able to view and pay direct through the KAMAR parent portal – follow the link on the homepage of our website.  



If your son is new to Rosmini College a PE/Sports uniform is required. It can be purchased direct through Dynasty Team Store NZ. Order and pay Dynasty Team Store NZ and your purchases will be delivered direct to you. Any replacement PE/Sports uniform items can also be purchased from Dynasty Team Store NZ. Please purchase the Rosmini College uniform from authorised stockists Jan Bells School Uniforms or YarntonsSecond hand uniforms are available via the Kindo Shop. Sales are open in the first two weeks of every term and processed at the end of week three, for students to collect when notified.  See more information here.


Payment Options

There is an automatic 1.8% surcharge added to all credit card payments, both in the KAMAR portal or at the office. (AMEX/Diners not accepted.) If you wish to pay without surcharge, then you can make your payments direct to the school bank account online or visit the school office and use your eftpos card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is essential that you clearly label your payment so we can allocate your payment accurately. Please ensure to use your son’s name and ID number plus a word or two about what you are paying for, e.g. “fees” or “music trip” or “camp”. If you cannot clearly label your payment in the boxes provided online, please email a breakdown of your payment to [email protected] so that we can ensure accurate allocation of your payment.

School fees will be charged to your son’s KAMAR account early in Term 1. The first fees statement will not be sent out until late February to ensure that last minute roll changes are updated in the system. The school fees for 2023 can be found on the school website under ‘Enrolment’. 

School fees can be paid in full, quarterly per term, or by a regular automatic payment divided evenly from Feb to Dec and paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If your son wishes to make option changes, he needs to come to school on Tuesday 24 January 2023 between 10.30am and 2pm. We would prefer not to make any option changes after these dates.

When requesting a subject change, please be mindful that our timetable is student-driven and created from scratch each year based on student subject selection in October. Desired changes may not now be available due to clashes with other subjects or class size restrictions.
