Voluntary Covid-19 Donation
An explanatory note below from Mr Cooper -
Dear Parents / Caregivers
In this year’s financial account statement, we have reluctantly added a voluntary $250 donation - one per family on the eldest child's account. This request is being made to help us alleviate the significant financial shortfall caused by the impact of Covid-19. We are endeavouring to maintain the same level of teaching and learning support in 2022 as we have in the past without significantly impacting on other reserves. We thank you for your kind consideration of this voluntary donation.
Payment for all KAMAR account charges can be paid directly through the KAMAR Parent Portal. These payments are made by credit card only and will incur a 1.8% automatic surcharge. The portal allows for flexible amounts to be paid.
Direct credit & Automatic Payments are welcome and bank details can be found at the bottom of the fees statement and are repeated below :
Rosmini College Board of Trustees Account
Bank of New Zealand
Account Number – 02-0272-0330978-00
It is essential that clear payment references are made - including your son’s name and/or student ID number. This will ensure correct allocation of your payment. If there is not enough room in the box to label your payment clearly, please email a breakdown of your payment to [email protected]
Payments can also be made by eftpos/credit card at the Student Services Office. An automatic surcharge of 1.8% is added to all credit card transactions. Payments can be processed by credit card over the phone. Please ask for Student Services when you phone (09) 4895417. Our eftpos terminals do not accept Diners Club or American Express, but VISA or Mastercard work well.
TAX DONATION RECEIPTS
Tax donation receipts are emailed at the end of each tax year. A copy of these can be requested at any time.
PAYMENTS OTHER THAN SCHOOL FEES
Information relating to other payments such as class trips, sports fees, music, exams etc will be emailed or by notice sent home with your son. This correspondence will outline the "what, where, when & how" of the event. It will also include the various ways which you can pay. These costs are charged to your account as they fall due throughout the year.
If you have any questions related to school fees, payment options or any other school finance matters – please email [email protected] We are happy to help.
