Quiz Night 08/2012
Around 200 people enjoyed a fun filled evening at the Annual Rosmini Quiz night on Friday 24th August 2012. Under the skilful direction of Quiz Master Paul Goodall , attendees were challenged by 20 sets of 10 questions on a wide variety of topics. Interspersed with this was an inter-active heads and tails game, the show stopping dart competition and a lively Auction. It was a great night and we raised $8300 towards the cost of seating in the Tom Gerrard gymnasium
Careers Clinic
On Thursday 9th August over 100 Rosmini and Carmel College parents attended a presentation by Career Practitioners, Caroline Sandford and Janet Tuck of the Career Clinic. The evening was organised by the Rosmini PTFA ahead of the upcoming Carmel and Rosmini Careers Fair (Thursday 23rd August) and aimed to educate parents on how they can best assist their teenagers make good career choices. Janet and Caroline’s presentation was both informative and entertaining and parents left with not only some great tips on how to help their teens, but also pondering where they were at in their own careers!
