On the 23^rd October a very entertaining yet highly competitive netball game took place between Rosmini College and Carmel College at Carmel College. The Rosmini team was captained by Sports Captain, Chris Rahardja and Carmel’s Team I was captained by Head Girls, Laura Mayhew and Rachel Ramsay. The netball game was a fundraising event for the Samoan Relief Appeal and for Canteen. Rosmini were leading by one goal at half time but ended up losing to Carmel, 19 – 17. Chris says proudly his team “put up an aggressive fight but was graceful in defeat.” He concludes that it was an “exciting, competitive and fun game.” The Rosmini team consisted of Year 13 students, Chris Rahardja, Gareth Anscombe, Jackson Gharea, James Doyle, Sam Pivac, Andrew Priestley and Josh Sabin.
